I started communication with the luthier, Emanuele. He was gracious and 100% responsive. I ordered the guitar. He polished the Frets and guitar, put new strings on and set the intonation for me. Sending he sent a video showing the intonation was perfect all the way up the neck. I received the guitar yesterday. It plays and sounds as beautiful as it looks.
