“It meant to be a joke, but a very serious one. An instrument to play with, but at the same time, a reliable work tool for a professional called to tread the boards all over Italy. Dario Jacuzzi, bassist of “The Kolors”, is a cheerful and playful musician, always willing to joke, but at the same time a very serious professional while interpreting his role on stage. His proposal was to design a bass with a gaudy appearance, but extremely thoughtful, in terms of performance on stage. It was thus that the choice of material for the body, was very seriously, directed on plexiglass. A very original body, an RGB LED controller, to get endless colour combinations, a pair of custom in-house pick ups and a nicely shaped maple neck. Quando ho provato per la prima volta questo strumento le mie aspettative sono state travolte e superate notevolemente in positivo.
Non credevo si potesse raggiungere un suono del genere con materiali del genere.
Super performante e comodo anche per tecniche “estreme” e complesse.
E poi esteticamente….che ve lo dico a fare!
